Quality Assurance Engineer - Japanese Speaker

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or related field - Minimum 4 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry or customer support role - Proficient in problem-solving tools (8D, CAPA, 5 Why Analysis, etc.) - Skilled in risk & change management (FMEA, 4M changes, etc.) - Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements - Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Japanese - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Scope of duties: a. Customer Communication: - Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and quality-related reporting. - Collect feedback, report trends, and plan customer visits or audits. b. CAPA Management: - Manage CAPA for customer complaints and internal issues (depending on the risk to customer). - Lead investigations, corrective actions, and ensure closure. - Propose preventive measures and report updates to customers. c. Risk Management: - Schedule & conduct risk management reviews . - Provide inputs on customer or market complaints. - Report and obtain approval for major changes. d. 4M Changes: - Communicate, plan, and implement 4M changes with customer and internal teams. - Address risks, collect feedback, and coordinate improvements. e. Returned Products: - Manage returned products, lead investigations, and implement improvements. - Report findings and updates to customers. f. Customer Feedback: - Compile & collect yearly feedback, review, and propose improvements to management. g. Additional Duties: - Conduct risk assessments for issues affecting customers. - Support audits for customer-related topics.
