1. Communicate with key stakeholders, sales and marketing teams to explore business opportunities of education and training programs in order to increase profitability and to determine sales targets. 2. Work with the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy and target potential customers and partners. 3. Analyze international clients’ feedback to existing education programs and keep products up to date. 4. Build international relationships with education institutions in China and Taiwan and a new educational concept for students from China and Taiwan. 5. Research and build relationships with new clients, developing a rapport and providing support that will continually improve the relationship. 11. Grow and retain existing clients by presenting new solutions and services to enhance existing relationships. 12. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop Erican College’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. 13. Monitor and regularly report on key performance indicators and management processes within areas of responsibility and take appropriate action to achieve improved service delivery and business objectives.
