Sales Duties: The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services., which is KL biggest, newest and most exciting event space, retail space, and/or any new projects that drive traffics to the area. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and marketing expertise to meet business objectives and enhance market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and customers. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends. Prepare and deliver presentations and sales proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Track sales performance and generate sales reports. Marketing Duties: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and content. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and metrics. Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Manage the company’s social media accounts and online presence. Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience with market research and analysis. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies. Graphic design skills or experience with design software. Previous experience in the industry relevant to the company. Personal Attributes: Results-driven and goal-oriented.
