Bending Technician

- Set up and calibrate bending machines according to specifications. - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Operate bending machines to fabricate metal parts and components. - Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications - Train and mentor junior machine operators. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with bending machines. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines. - Monitor production processes and adjust as needed. - Collaborate with other team members to improve production efficiency. - Document production activities and maintain accurate records. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. - Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Assist in the development of standard operating procedures. - Provide feedback on machine performance and suggest improvements. - Manage inventory of materials and supplies needed for production. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in bending technology.
