1. To monitor storage area while ensuring FIFO is implemented.
2. To check for raw material freshness and within expiry date.
3. To check all process is as per SOP and procedure.
4. To monitor cleaning activity are done as per SOP.
5. To ensure finished good as per specifications
6. To monitor and response to temperature issue for storage and production area
7. To make sure raw material sent to store are within specification
8. To ensure hygiene and sanitation is on high level including personnel.
OTHER DUTIES:
1. Verify goods during receiving
2. Assist in chemical control
3. Assist in temperature monitoring
4. To identify possible hazards for safety and food safety
5.Assist in complaints investigation
6. Assist in calibration program
7. Any other tasks assigned from time to time
