- Answering and handling calls as well as take messages/queries for client or staff while ensuring that all guidelines on confidentiality and product representation is maintained.
- Manage visitor(s) incoming visitors including registration, access cards and safety briefing, following related safety & security guidelines/SOP.
- Act as liaison person for new staff, supporting the process of a smooth onboarding, including documentation, and responding to first level queries.
- Manage staff ID badges, building lift cards, season parking cards and fleet cards including activation/deactivation and records keeping.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails and parcel including arranging for courier pickup, records keeping and collecting mails from building’s mail room and distribute to the relevant department.
- Responsible for all the files and documentation that is kept at the office with proper filing method and kept under lock and key.
- Perform other duties as and when required, ensure requests are channeled accordingly.
- Perform other duties as and when required including coming to work on weekly off / public holidays if so required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
