Position: Credit Control Assistant

Experience: Minimum 1 year in debt collection and administrative work.

Responsibilities:

As a Credit Control Assistant at Klinik Mediviron Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining healthy financial relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Debt Collection:

Utilize your expertise in debt collection to contact customers promptly regarding missed payments.

Employ effective communication skills to address payment issues and negotiate suitable repayment plans.

Administrative Work:

Handle administrative tasks related to credit control, including updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation.

Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for credit assessment.

Customer Communication:

Professionally and courteously communicate with customers to notify them of overdue payments and provide assistance in resolving outstanding issues.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a positive customer experience.

Statement of Account:

Generate and provide regular statements of account to customers, detailing missing invoices and any outstanding balances.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in debt collection and administrative work.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for debt collection and financial tracking.
