This position involves managing sales operations, coordinating with team members, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and external clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, preparing quotations, and managing customer inquiries.
- Track and follow up on sales leads to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
2. Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule and organize meetings, presentations, and travel for the sales team as required.
3. Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Update sales pipelines and forecasts regularly for management review.
4. Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
5. Administrative Tasks:
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, and invoices accurately.
- Oversee inventory and ensure product availability for client orders.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
