Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with order processing, preparing quotations, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Track and follow up on sales leads to ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

2. Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, presentations, and travel for the sales team as required.

3. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Update sales pipelines and forecasts regularly for management review.

4. Customer Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

5. Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage contracts, purchase orders, and invoices accurately.
  • Oversee inventory and ensure product availability for client orders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
