The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Weaver’s solutions and products to meet customer needs. Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients to identify IT needs and opportunities.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve assigned quotas.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer challenges and pain points.
- Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase how your solutions address customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure successful sales deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations.
- Technical Expertise:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Weaver’s solutions and product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to position your solutions effectively.
- Effectively translate technical functionalities into clear and concise value propositions for clients.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to provide customers with comprehensive solutions.
- Customer Success:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and account management after the sale.
- Track and monitor customer needs to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant IT field with 1-2 years of IT sales experience.
- Proven track record of success in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and their applications within various industries (tailor this based on your company's focus).
- Innate desire to succeed and take initiative in your role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building trust and relationships.
