Position Overview:

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Weaver’s solutions and products to meet customer needs. This role requires a blend of strong sales acumen, technical understanding, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients to identify IT needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve assigned quotas.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer challenges and pain points.
  • Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase how your solutions address customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure successful sales deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Weaver’s solutions and product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to position your solutions effectively.
  • Effectively translate technical functionalities into clear and concise value propositions for clients.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to provide customers with comprehensive solutions.
  • Customer Success:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and account management after the sale.
  • Track and monitor customer needs to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant IT field with 1-2 years of IT sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and their applications within various industries (tailor this based on your company's focus).
  • Innate desire to succeed and take initiative in your role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building trust and relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin and English.
