Sales Executive -To report directly of the sales documentations to the Sales Management Team and to attend weekly meeting at HQ for updates and latest report. -To have a profound understanding and knowledge on all of our products by being proactive and industrious. -To read and memorize by heart the Sales & Marketing Code of Conduct, Commission Structures and related rules as written in the Sales & Marketing Training handbook. -To attained monthly quotas and sale targets set upon by the Sales Management and justify whence the quotas are unattainable. -To draft marketing and sales strategies, execute, prepare quotations, liaise with factory for samples, fulfilled customers' inquiries, acquire feedback for future prospects. -To follow up on payment collections from respective customers are on time and to vouched they are a good paymaster. -To treat all of Lama Tile-Works customers with respect and on equal basis, to maintain good communication and relationship, to instilled and strengthened Lama brands into the market. -To organize site/factory visit whenever required and to prepare presentation for customers. -To maintain good relationship within the company's circles of departments and customers by attending to every complaint or dissatisfactions on the finished product. Maintain and organize record keeping of testimonials or grievances from customers. -To instilled confidence into our customers and disseminates assurances of our products quality. -To perform ad-hoc tasks from time to time, willing to travel (Southern region - Melaka & Negeri Sembilan). -To be able to converse in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English would be an added advantage.
