Customer Assistance & Sales: 1) Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner. 2) Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. 3) Demonstrate product features and benefits. 4) Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales. 5) Answer customer queries regarding pricing, availability, and product details. 6) Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm, professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: 1) Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions. 2) Keep updated on new product arrivals and changes in inventory. 3) Educate customers on how products meet their needs and preferences. Transaction Processing: 1) Accurately operate the cash register and process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, etc.). 2) Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies. 3) Provide receipts and maintain proper documentation of sales. Inventory Management: 1) Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining product displays. 2) Check stock levels and notify management of low-stock items. 3) Keep the sales floor organized and tidy. Visual Merchandising: 1) Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and well-stocked. 2) Assist in setting up promotional displays according to store guidelines. Store Cleanliness & Maintenance: 1) Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for customers and staff. 2) Regularly clean the sales floor, fitting rooms, and other customer-facing areas. Team Collaboration: 1) Work as part of a team to meet store targets and goals. 2) Assist colleagues in maintaining store operations, especially during peak times.
