Mon - Fri - 9AM - 6PM

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage card operations systems to ensure the smooth functioning of card transactions.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve issues related to card inquiries and incidents.
- Conduct regular audits of card operations processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams (L2 customer support, technical, and finance) to resolve escalated card-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding card operations.
- Generate and maintain reports on card transaction volumes, trends, and performance metrics.
- Assist in the implementation of new card products or features, including testing and training.
- Provide support for cardholder inquiries and disputes, adhering to established protocols and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in card operations to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to optimize card processing systems and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in card operations or financial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using card management systems and related software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to card operations is a plus.
- Experience in a contact centre is desirable.
