- Arrange regular visits to service existing clients accounts
- Assist clients with repair, maintenance and service inquiries
- Recommend suitable Repair and Maintenance services for clients in a timely manner
- Book vehicle service appointments for clients at workshop
- Attend Sales Meetings/Training with Sales Manager at Petaling Jaya HQ when required
- Provide weekly update/feedback to Sales Manager on existing clientsDevelop new sales opportunities with potential clients by introducing company and servicesUndertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Sales Manage
- Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Maintain sales records and provide weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Salary basic RM 2500-RM 3500 + Commision
