Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual, quarterly, and monthly communication strategies for the region based on the company's overall strategy. Plan and implement marketing activities in the western region according to the strategy, and ensure activity tracking and review.
  • Execute national marketing projects, product launches, market events, and other related activities within the region.
  • Independently create event planning proposals, design the implementation process for online and offline activities, and manage the preparation and execution phases. Continuously monitor activity outcomes, analyze data on exposure and conversion rates, summarize and review results to optimize and improve ROI.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or branding, familiar with various media operations, with preference given to candidates with experience in planning and organizing large-scale marketing events.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities, excellent communication and teamwork skills, high market sensitivity, and the ability to proactively identify frontline needs and opportunities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, highly self-motivated, and willing to embrace challenges. Must be able to accept short-term business trips. Responsible for balancing and implementing regional activity plans across branding, marketing, and cross-industry collaborations to enhance revenue and brand influence, providing comprehensive marketing support for regional operations.
  • Candidates with a data-driven mindset and strong data analysis skills will be given priority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
