The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our studio leadership. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our creative workspace. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO.
What you will do:
- Studio Leadership Support:
- Efficiently manage the schedules of studio leadership, coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to studio executives, including document preparation and correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled seamlessly.
- Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials, and record meeting minutes as needed.
- Travel Management:
- Arrange travel plans for studio leadership, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Ensure travel itineraries align with the preferences and priorities of studio executives.
- Administrative Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist in organizing studio events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Communication Liaison:
- Act as a central point of contact for studio leadership, facilitating communication within the studio and with external partners.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
What you have:
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent (English) written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a proactive approach.
Your qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting studio or corporate leadership is a bonus.
