- Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handling housekeeping hotel and homestay
- Strip beds, change linens, and make beds in accordance with established hotel standards.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or equipment malfunctions to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and inform the housekeeping supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens, towels, and other hotel textiles.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both yourself and your guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
