Technician

Job Description: - To carrying out preventive maintenance works as scheduled, repairing work and special task. - To comply with the report recording, generating and maintaining. - To feedback to Engineering Coordinator and Department Head for any nonconformity encountered. - To attend to machinery breakdowns, reply and submit root cause analysis report. - To ensure that reports and records are done properly. - All other duties as instructed by the management from time to time. - To ensure that all works are carried out according to procedures. - To ensure that cleanliness of production lines are maintained. - To ensure that reports and records are properly done. - Assist in training of new production operators. - To control materials for production use and to check and ensure that correct materials are used for production. - Responsible to troubleshooting and maintenance of the machine. - To perform checking on the machinery parameter according to the checklist.
