Job Responsibilities/Duties: Plan, coordinate, and monitor warehousing and logistic operations. Develop, implement and continually improve logistic and warehouse operating procedures and the efficiency of workers. Recommend improvement plans to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of the supply chain and increase Company profitability. Collaborate with inter-department to resolve operational difficulties, challenges or complaints. Liaise and coordinate with transporters on the transportation, shipping, and delivery activities to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution. Manage all aspects of the stock delivery processes, including scheduling, routing, tracking shipments and handling full shipping documentation. Assist or carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior. Job Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Warehouse or a related field. Over 5 years of working experience in the same field (Warehousing / Logistics / Transportation / Inventory) and experience in the retail industry is an added advantage. Good in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all level. Strong data analytical skills and ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and set priorities. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools/application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
