Job Summary: The Front Office Associate (Club) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest services and providing personalized experiences to Club-level guests. This role includes handling check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services, as well as assisting with food and beverage offerings in the Club Lounge. The position emphasizes professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Guest Services & Lounge Operations: -Welcome and assist Club-level guests with check-in and check-out processes. -Provide personalized assistance, handling guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests. -Ensure the Club Lounge is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. -Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any service issues promptly. Food & Beverage Assistance: -Assist with food and beverage service during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails in the Club Lounge. -Maintain food hygiene standards and assist with replenishing buffet items and beverages. -Provide recommendations on food and drinks, including upselling premium options. Team Support & Communication: -Collaborate with the Guest Service Manager and other team members to maintain smooth operations. -Communicate effectively with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs. -Assist in training and supporting new team members when required. Administrative Duties: -Process billing, payments, and guest folios accurately. -Maintain and update guest profiles, preferences, and feedback records. -Prepare daily reports and handovers to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications: Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or a similar role. Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage service is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Key Competencies: Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure. Professional appearance and attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays or light equipment when needed. Additional Requirements: Certification in Food Handling and Safety is preferred. Training in beverage service or barista skills is an added advantage.
