Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Support Administrator to assist our sales team with administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing schedules, filing documents, and maintaining sales records.
- Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls and emails, respond to customer inquiries, and provide after-sales support.
- Sales Coordination: Schedule appointments with clients and suppliers, and coordinate sales meetings.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to assist in strategy development.
- Order Processing: Handle the processing of sales orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales-related queries and deliveries.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales support administration or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
