Job Responsibilities:

  • Optimize fund operation and capital structure to improve cash flow and capital utilization efficiency.
  • Responsible for tax planning and compliance management, ensuring legal and compliant operations, and avoiding financial risks.
  • Establish and improve internal control systems to manage risks and ensure financial transparency and regulation.
  • Establish and improve the organizational structure, job responsibilities, workflows, and regulations of the Group’s financial center to ensure efficient operation of the group and its subsidiaries.
  • The VP needs to be on-call 24/7 to handle emergencies. The initial work location will be in the country of application, with a 15-30 day adaptation period. Afterward, relocation to the headquarters in Hong Kong will be required.

Worker Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Over 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years of experience as a financial director or in an equivalent position.
  • Familiar with corporate financial management models, international finance, and tax regulations, with a preference for experience in the financial industry.
  • Proficient in financial management, fund operation, tax planning, and cost control, with excellent financial analysis skills.
  • Familiar with capital operations and investment management, with strong fund planning and risk management abilities.
  • Experience with implementing and managing financial systems (such as ERP systems).
