Job Title: Sales Admin
Location: Taman Melawati
Working days : Monday - Saturday
Time : 9.00am - 5.30pm
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, dedicated, and efficient individual to join us as a Sales Admin. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth online sales operations and delivering the best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage WhatsApp Inquiries: Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally.
2. Order Confirmation: Process orders until payment is successfully received.
3. Payment Receipt Management: Save customers' payment receipts in the designated folder.
4. Order Updates: Update order summaries in the group chat and maintain records in Google Sheets for tracking.
5. Order Docket Printing: Print order dockets for team reference.
6. Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure seamless order processing.
7. Handle customer Delivery : Arrange and monitor cake deliveries via the Lalamove app, ensuring customers receive their orders on time
8. Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers to confirm delivery or satisfaction and encourage repeat orders.
9. Suggest Improvements: Provide insights and suggestions to improve the customer experience and sales process.

- Capable of handling complaints and providing practical solutions.

- Initiative to create sales opportunities (e.g., updating WhatsApp status to spark curiosity).
- Team player who can maintain good relationships with the production team.
- Proactive in solving problems and suggesting ways to improve efficiency.
- Organised and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate order tracking and reporting.
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
