We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (SEO & Social Media Specialist) to enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing SEO strategies and managing social media marketing efforts to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings and engage with our online community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct regular site audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement on-page /off-page SEO optimizations.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance, providing regular reports on metrics and rankings.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create, curate and schedule engaging social media content aligned with brand voice.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage social media community interactions.
  • Stay informed about the latest SEO and social media trends and algorithm changes.
  • Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to align SEO and social media strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO and social media marketing (3+years)
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz)
  • Experience managing social media platforms and crafting engagement strategies.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant search times.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings.
  • Perform regular site audits and fix technical SEO issues, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl errors.
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies to boost domain authority.
  • Track and report on SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, and conversions.

SEM (Search Engine Marketing)

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and adjust budgets to maximize ROI while staying within allocated limits.
  • Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to improve future strategies.
  • Stay updated on SEM trends, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies.

Integrated Optimization

  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to align SEO and SEM strategies with overarching marketing goals.
  • Ensure consistent keyword usage and targeting across both paid and organic efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage SEM insights to inform SEO strategies, and vice versa.
  • Monitor competitors strategies in organic and paid search, staying one step ahead.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO and SEM, preferably with a track record of delivering tangible results

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy Development and Implementation

  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search and drive traffic.
  • Research and implement SEO recommendations for website structure, content, and link-building.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, including algorithm updates (e.g. BERT, MUM)

Content Optimization and Keyword Strategy:

  • Conduct keyword research, discovery, and optimization to target high-intent and relevant audiences.
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to create SEO-driven, high quality content, including landing pages, blogs and meta descriptions.
  • Leverage LLMS (Large Language Models) for content optimization and intent-based keyword clustering.

Technical SEO and Optimization

  • Diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, site speed, and mobile optimization.
  • Implement structures data, schema markup, canonical tags, and alt text for enhanced search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website architecture and code.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
