Operations Executive

1. Oversee daily facilities and maintenance operations to ensure smooth functioning of the facility. 2. Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of repairs and maintenance. 3.Collaborate with other departments to minimize operational disruptions, address safety concerns, and anticipate cost implications. 4. Manage and monitor the performance of outsourced vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements. 5. Supervise, train, and schedule operational staff, ensuring efficient use of resources. 6. Participate in fire safety management, including training staff and maintaining CERT (Company Emergency Response Team) teams. 7. Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, power outages, and water leaks, including off-duty hours. 8. Manage documentation related to operations, including maintenance schedules, contractor agreements, safety protocols, and compliance records. 9. Ensure accurate and timely updating of operational and project documentation, including maintenance logs, reports, and regulatory requirements.
