Job Summary: Responsibilities: Contact potential customers by phone to offer insurance products and services Provide information about available insurance options, coverage details, and premiums Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions Explain policy features, terms, and conditions to potential clients Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer information Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships to increase customer retention Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve performance Requirements: Previous experience in insurance telesales or a similar role is preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and customer service orientation Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Salary and Benefits: Competitive basic salary range (RM2,000-RM3,0000) with additional commission (up to but not limited to RM10,000) Ongoing training and professional development opportunities You will be eligible for employee discounts on our products and services.
