METALLURGY TECHNICIAN

-Major in chemical engineering or polymer materials, English & mandarin level 4 or above. -Possess solid basic theoretical knowledge of polymer materials, be familiar with the properties, production processes and application fields of polymer materials. -Organize and arrange the overall work of the crude lead smelter (bottom blowing process, triple furnace production); - Supervise the progress of work in each position and dispatch the overall work of the whole factory; - Guide and organize training on production processes for each position and correct illegal operations; - Responsible for the labor organization of personnel on site, organizing and hosting scheduling meetings, arranging work, sharing experiences, analyzing existing problems, researching work advancement, process improvement, etc.; - Responsible for managing various departments of the smelter, communicating with relevant departments of the mining company, coordinating all parties, ensuring smooth internal management and operation processes, and ensuring that production management goals are achieved; - Punish those who violate the rules and report major problems to the supervisor in a timely manner; - Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
