Job Purpose This role is responsible to develop, promote, and support the sales and usage of health care products specifically designed for aquatic animals. This may involve working with shrimp and fish farms, and other aquatic facilities. Sales and Promotion: - Responsible for promoting and selling aquatic health care products to potential customers. This may involve conducting presentations, attending trade shows, and establishing relationships with distributors, veterinarians, and industry professionals. Customer Support: - To provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the usage and application of aquatic health care products. This may involve training customers on product administration, offering recommendations based on the specific needs of their aquatic animals, and addressing any concerns or inquiries. Relationship Building: - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers will be crucial. Market Analysis: - Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging health concerns in the aquatic animal industry will be important. - Analyze market data to identify potential target markets, develop product strategies, and adapt to changing customer needs. Requirement • Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Marine Science or a related field. • Proven experience in sales, business development, or advisory roles within the aquaculture industry. • Strong understanding of aquaculture industry practices and industry challenges. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to listen to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships. • Analytical mindset to gather and interpret market data for strategic decision-making. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
