- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects with the aim of creating interest in the company's products or services.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team with interested and qualified prospects.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, address inquiries, and maintain engagement with potential customers. RM Utilization: Use Customer Relationship Management ( RM) tools to record and track interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Targets and Metrics: Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer responses and market trends.
- And any other tasks entrusted from time to time.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage
- Minimum SPM
- Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing or similar sales experience
- Able to work independently
- Good attitude and team spirit
- Earn up to RM5,000 monthly including commission
- EPF, SOCSO and EIS provided
- 12 annual leave days, 14 sick leave days
- Medical Claims provided
- Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
