Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis, strategic insights, and recommendations to support business decision-making. Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings. Provide ad-hoc analysis and support business units with data-driven decision-making. Perform deep-dive analysis to assess business performance, operational efficiency, and market trends. Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic objectives and support the development of business strategies. Use advanced analytical tools and techniques to forecast trends and market conditions. Identify business opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance performance and profitability. Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Recommend process changes based on data analysis and research to enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement changes and ensure proper tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with other departments (Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to understand business needs and provide analytical support. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that data solutions align with organizational goals. Lead and mentor junior analysts to ensure quality and accuracy in reporting and analysis. Lead and manage analytical projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Ensure timely delivery of projects, with clear documentation and post-project evaluations. Track project progress and report regularly to stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary. Utilize advanced analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to manipulate data and generate insights. Stay up to date with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytical processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) relevant to the organization. Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques. Certification in business analysis, data analytics, or related fields added advantage.
