Unifi Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Unifi Sales Executive to manage and expand our dealer network across Petaling area. This role focuses on boosting Unifi sales through postpaid, prepaid, device bundling, and SME packages. The ideal candidate will drive growth by managing dealer relationships, creating impactful sales events, and recruiting new dealers to expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealer Management & Sales Growth:
- Oversee and manage all Unifi dealers in Petaling area.
- Drive sales for Unifi postpaid, prepaid, device bundling, and SME segments through the dealer network.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide continuous support to ensure consistent sales growth.
2. Roadshow/Event Planning:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute roadshows and sales events to drive engagement and boost Unifi sales.
- Collaborate with dealers to ensure maximum participation and lead generation during events.
- Innovate and create promotional activities that enhance brand awareness and increase customer acquisition.
3. Dealer Recruitment & Expansion:
- Identify and recruit new dealers to expand the Unifi distribution network in Petaling Area.
- Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential areas for dealer recruitment.
- Build strong relationships with potential dealers and onboard them effectively.
4. Training & Dealer Support:
- Provide comprehensive product training to dealers to enhance their knowledge of Unifi services and offerings.
- Ensure timely delivery of SIM cards, merchandising materials, and sales tools to dealers.
- Act as the key point of contact for dealer inquiries and operational support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Strong background in managing dealer networks and driving sales growth.
- Experience in planning and executing roadshows/events is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of telecommunication products and services.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
