    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • A passion for engaging with people and building relationships
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English
