Prepare detailed operational and financial reports for senior management, ensuring accurate record-keeping of sales, expenses, and employee performance. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in retail management, ideally within the mobile phone or technology sector. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a track record of meeting sales targets and managing budgets effectively. Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office will also be important for managing store operations efficiently.
