Senior Executive, Maintenance

Job Description: * Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute comprehensive property maintenance strategies in line with organizational goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability. * Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of technicians, contractors, and support staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment. * Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all properties * Budgeting and Cost Control: Create and manage budgets for property maintenance projects, controlling expenses, and seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards and environmental guidelines. * Emergency Response: Develop and execute emergency response plans for property maintenance, addressing urgent issues promptly and efficiently. * Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, prepare regular reports for management Job requirements: - Diploma or Degree in a related field (e.g., Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience. - Proven experience in property maintenance, with a track record of leadership in a similar role. - Strong project management skills and proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
