FASHION RETAIL SALES MANAGER

As the Fashion Retail Store Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our store's success by overseeing all aspects of sales, customer service, and team management. You will be responsible for creating a shopping environment that reflects our brand's vision and values, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Drive and exceed sales targets by setting clear sales goals, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue. Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Customer Engagement: Foster a customer-centric culture within the store, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.

Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and create a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, including window displays, in-store layouts, and product placement. Ensure that the store is visually appealing and on-brand at all times.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and coordinate replenishment orders to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.

Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention strategies and ensure adherence to security protocols to protect the store's assets and minimize theft.

Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to communicate this knowledge to customers and the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
