Job Description: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in achieving targets by identifying opportunities and coordinating sales activities. Maintain an updated database of customers, prospects, and leads for seamless follow-ups and reporting. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and evaluate promotional campaigns. Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, agreements, and other sales-related documents. Issue invoices, receipts, and other billing documents while monitoring payments and outstanding balances. Conduct market outreach to drive sales in the northern region and build strong customer engagement. Promote the company brand, products, and services through social media and events. Research competitors’ offerings and market trends to identify new opportunities. Attend exhibitions and events to generate sales leads when required. Coordinate with the Operations Team to update and align vehicle movement, status, and location with yard records. Assist with vehicle check-ins and check-outs as needed. Manage and schedule tours, coach services, and chauffeur services. Assist Administration example petty cash submissions and clearances, monitoring banking activities, preparing supplier payments and liaising with vendors, overseeing dispatch and courier services in the office, etc Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, stationery, and telecommunication systems. Preparing monthly staff claims, expenses, and office utility bills Verifying claims for Touch n’ Go, car washes, and petrol Requirement: SPM or Diploma in Business Administration (Preferred) Min. 3-5 years working experience in Office Administration & Operation & Sales Skills: Microsoft Office Excel / Words Able to multitask and willingness to learn.
