Account Executive

As our Accounting Executive, you will play a crucial role in: 1) Responsibilities Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the company Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly) Monitor accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely processing of payroll Handle claims Bank Reconciliation and Closing 2) Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent. At least 1+ years of working experience in a related field. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Extremely detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Strong organisational and analytical skills. Proficient use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google doc, Google sheets, Google forms etc.). Proficient use of accounting software such as Xero. Extra credits: Adaptable. You can quickly adjust, prioritise and perform under pressure in the face of deadlines and high-stress situations. Eager to Learn. You are highly driven with a strong desire to learn and progress. Responsible. You are able to manage and complete your work by the timelines set. What will you be joining?
