Telemarketing Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads or sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call quotas and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.
• Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle rejection professionally.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
