  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope :

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Coordinate architectural and M&E works between direct labour and subcontractors.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: At least 5 years working experience in construction management of building projects. Hospital project experience is highly relevant.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and good coordination with architects, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Have knowledge of construction products, construction details and related rules, regulations and quality standards..
