Job Description:

  • Plan, manage, and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, including revenue and profit goals.
  • Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities and business prospects.
  • Drive business growth by generating leads and establishing new client relationships.
  • Oversee the account management for both existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in networking events to build connections, attract new clients, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Ensure consistent sales growth and expand market share.
  • Explore and develop new market opportunities while providing expert advice on products to customers.
  • Maintain and regularly update sales, marketing, and business development documentation, such as analyses, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Assist with the execution of marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to align sales objectives with organizational goals.
  • Provide insightful reports to management, including market trends, performance updates, and suggestions for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in telemarketing, business development, sales management, product management, or a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and challenges faced by businesses, allowing for effective needs assessment and solution positioning.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in IT or a passion for internet technologies.
  • Motivated, resourceful, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Enthusiastic about building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Possess a personal mode of transportation.
