Sales and Marketing Admin
The Sales and Marketing Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining excellent customer service. This position involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
- Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution. Coordinate with logistics to track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update the customer database. Generate sales reports and performance metrics for management review. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication for the sales team
- Coordination and Communication: Liaise with internal departments like marketing, finance, and logistics to streamline operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.
