Job Description:
1. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term property management plans.
- Analyze property performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align property management strategies with organizational goals.
2. Operations Management
- Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Develop and monitor budgets for property operations, maintenance, and capital improvements.
- Ensure properties comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and legal requirements.
3. Lease and Tenant Management
- Collaborate with leasing agents to establish effective tenant retention strategies.
- Monitor tenant lease agreements and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
4. Risk Management and Compliance
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on local, state, and federal property management regulations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Use property management software to track operational and financial performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on property metrics, occupancy rates, and budget utilization.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years in property management, facility management, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and operational efficiency.
3. Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
4. Certifications
- Preferred: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Estate License, or other relevant certifications.
