Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team for an exciting upcoming construction project. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to coordination and completion. Key responsibilities include:
* Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including site supervisors and engineers.
* Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project goals are met.
* Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
* Client Communication: Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
* Problem Solving: Address any project issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
* Reporting: Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (Master's preferred).
* 15 years of proven experience in construction project management.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
* Relevant certifications (PMP, CCM) a plus.
