Marketing Executive
As a Marketing Executive at Koppiku, you will support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing strategic
marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will focus on brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty by
managing various marketing activities across online and offline platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive and
creative individual eager to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Execution
Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing assets in line with the brand guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Ensure all marketing materials align with Koppiku’s brand identity.
Content Creation and Management
Contribute to the content calendar by creating engaging content for social media, email marketing, and blog posts.
Collaborate with internal teams to source relevant content ideas and materials.
Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms, ensuring timely posting and audience interaction.
Customer Engagement and Loyalty
Support initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, such as personalised experiences and rewards programs.
Engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.
Data and Insights
Analyse campaign results and provide performance reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Utilise analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
Event Coordination and Product Launches
Assist in planning and executing events and product launches to boost customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Customer Engagement
Help manage loyalty programs and personalised customer initiatives.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media and review platforms.
Administrative and Reporting
Maintain an organised database of marketing materials and assets.
Track and report on marketing expenses to ensure adherence to budget.
Prepare performance reports for review by the Senior Marketing Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
Strong writing and content creation skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
