Job Overview:
Seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Communications Manager /Executive to lead and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Campaigns: Plan and implement marketing campaigns for promotions, events, and seasonal offers to boost brand awareness and drive revenue.
Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, hotel website, and promotional materials.
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage hotel social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and interaction with followers.
Graphic Design Coordination: Work with designers or use design tools to create visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
Public Relations: Draft press releases, handle media inquiries, and build relationships with local media and influencers.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing hotel events, promotions, and sponsorship opportunities.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify marketing opportunities.
Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with Hotel’s brand identity and guidelines.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments to drive joint marketing efforts and campaigns.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Malaysian only
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
