As a Performance Marketing Executive at Koppiku, you will play a critical role in driving measurable growth and
customer acquisition, especially as we prepare to launch our new coffee ordering app. Reporting to the Senior
Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for optimising paid media strategies, enhancing digital customer
engagement, and ensuring the app achieves strong adoption and retention.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Management
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and app-specific channels.
Focus on app install campaigns to drive user acquisition, targeting relevant audiences effectively.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and formats to maximise ROI.
App Launch and Marketing
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to develop a go-to-market strategy for the app launch.
Design and execute app-specific campaigns to drive downloads, activations, and user engagement.
Implement app store optimisation (ASO) strategies to improve app discoverability and rankings.
Monitor app marketing performance metrics, such as cost-per-install (CPI), retention rates, and lifetime value (LTV).
Customer Lifecycle and Retention
Develop strategies to retain app users through personalised push notifications, in-app messaging, and retargeting campaigns.
Work with the content team to design loyalty programs and exclusive app offers to enhance user retention.
Analyse customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improving the app experience.
Analytics and Reporting
Leverage analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or other app analytics platforms, to track and optimise app performance metrics.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, app download trends, and user retention rates, with actionable recommendations.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and SEO
Manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimisation, with a focus on app-related search queries.
Collaborate with the content team to improve organic traffic to the app’s landing pages.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Optimise the app’s onboarding flow and landing pages to enhance conversion rates and user experience.
Recommend and implement updates based on data insights to increase app activations and engagement.
Market and Trend Analysis
Stay informed about digital marketing trends, particularly those related to app marketing and mobile-first strategies.
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and technologies to improve app adoption and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
5 years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in app marketing and paid media management.
Hands-on experience with app analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Adjust, or Appsflyer).
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of ASO, SEO/SEM, and CRO principles.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
