The Analyst, IT Employee Engagement employee will be a key role in helping to run and operate the Kuala Lumpur Global Technology Center (KLGTC). The employee will partner with local IT site leadership, One Source and global IT Employee
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT Onboarding Program
Includes preparation and scheduling through execution as well as working with Global Team ensuring all presenters’ materials are current and engaging.
Oversee the process of attendees’ tool kits including new hire guide, welcome folder materials and welcome gifts.
- Review materials regularly and make suggested improvements to Employee Experience and then implement.
- Facilitate Onboarding program on a monthly basis; manage the sessions by adding IT context and background to presentations making it understandable and relevant. Be the point of contact for the attendees to provide a feeling of cohesion and welcome to the cohort.
Develop improvements to the program to keep it current and exciting such as Train the Trainer programs, new ways of engaging the attendees, surveys, Buddy/Mentor program, etc.
Employee Engagement
Create ways to measure and assess employee engagement, e.g. surveys, focus groups, etc
Organize activities (programs, seminars, etc ) for employee wellness and to drive physical and mental well-being across the organization.
Partner with management to research, define, and implement skill development programs and learning opportunities for employee growth.
Manage IT Employee Events
Ensure Global IT events are set up for success in KL with localization.
Manage schedule of events, calendar, dry-runs, communications with presenters, create decks and share content.
Lead the brainstorming process for specialized/localized events and share with the broader team.
Act as a core member of the Hackathon and Tech Day of Pink teams, both virtual and in person events.
Attend all meetings and co-lead logistics and events workstream; includes planning, support, and coordination of all workstreams.
Act as a core member of the global leadership summits and the ELITE Awards coordination team(s).
Partner with Tech Center site team and Employee Engagement Lead in development of Onboarding program, employee engagement events/programs, and global meetings as needed. Own the planning and execution of office and/or virtual events focused on IT and the annual calendar (e.g., Holidays, Anniversaries, Summer Series, Tech Day of Pink, Hackathon, etc.).
Partner with Tech Center office manager and site to coordinate event logistics, e.g. ensure timely procurement of AV equipment, catering, and decorations, as well as coordination of setup/breakdown activities.
Communications
Create awareness about global IT events, learning & development opportunities, and employee recognition programs.
Partner with stakeholders in Communications, Employee Engagement, HR, etc to ensure corporate and IT functions messaging is effectively communicated/cascaded to Tech Center
Support Site Leardership
Scheduling and organizing training sessions, workshops, team meetings, and events.
Maintaining calendar of engagement events and initiatives.
Tracking participation and feedback from engagement activities.
Preparing engagement reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Managing internal newsletters, intranet content, and other communication platforms.
Coordinating with HR and engagement specialists on messaging and announcements.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or other related fields
High Proficiency in MS Office 365 – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent organizational and project management
