Benefits & Remunerations
- Salary Range: From RM 9,400.00 to RM15,400.00
- Medical & Annual Leave
- Travel Allowance / Overtime: No overtime, Travel Allowance may be applicable
- Incentive (Based on Performance): Annual Bonus, Gratuity.
Job Type :
- Contract based
- Renewable every two (2) years subject to performance
Working Days & Hours :
- Working Hours: From 7AM to 4PM
- Work Days: Monday to Friday only
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 7-10 years of relevant working experience
- Proven experience in Procurement, Resource Management, preferably in an Educational setting
- Proficient in using relevant software for procurement and resource management
Job Scopes
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources across various projects and departments (including vendor relationship management)
- Assist in developing and monitoring budgets related to school resources, identifying cost-saving opportunities with no compromise to quality and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Data analysis and reporting on purchasing activites, budget performance and resource utilization
- Developing relevant policies, SOPs and provide guidance and training on procurement
