- Manage project documentation, ensuring that all deliverables, approvals, and changes are properly tracked and documented.
- Facilitate meetings, such as project kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and tools for project management, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall as applicable.
