Job Description:

  • Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences and budget, ensuring an exceptional travel experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Assist in Roadshow/MATTA etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the customer experience.
  • Understand market trends regarding competitors and industry trends to ensure that products maintain leadership for value and performance.
  • Ensure on-going analysis of competitors to offer a better deal for potential customers.
  • Monitor & control budget expenditure.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Job Requirement:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate travel arrangements.
  • Knowledge of various travel booking systems and reservation platforms.
  • Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environment
  • A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
