Senior Executive, Corporate Partnerships & Engagement
Key Responsibilities
1. CSR Funding Acquisition:
i) Identify Opportunities:
- Research and identify potential corporate targets for CSR funding.
- Develop a comprehensive list of prospects aligned with the organization’s goals.
ii) Outreach:
- Initiate contact with potential corporate partners via email, LinkedIn, calls, face-to-face meetings, and other relevant methods.
- Customize outreach strategies to each corporate target to maximize engagement.
iii) Proposal Development:
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure CSR partnerships.
- Highlight the benefits and impact of collaborating with MyFundAction.
2. Relationship Management:
i) Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Establish strong relationships with new corporate partners.
- Retain and nurture existing corporate relationships through regular communication and engagement.
ii) Engagement Activities:
- Organize and participate in meetings, events, and networking opportunities to strengthen corporate ties.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
iii) Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of promised outcomes to corporate partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to highlight successful partnerships and projects.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
i) Track Funding Progress:
- Monitor the progress of CSR funding initiatives and partnerships.
- Prepare detailed reports on the funds gathered through CSR partnerships, including metrics such as the number of new partners, total funds raised, and the impact of funding.
ii) Set and Achieve Targets:
- Set realistic and ambitious targets for CSR funding.
- Continuously assess and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
iii) Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all corporate interactions and funding commitments.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage corporate relationships and funding activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or 3 years and more related field experience.
Proven experience in corporate partnership development and sales, preferably
within the nonprofit or corporate social responsibility sector.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) principles.
Familiarity with fundraising techniques and strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
